These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fluento mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by developer ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Fluento, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Fluento is an AI-powered language learning app that allows users to create conversations with an AI assistant to practice and improve language skills.

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App:

• To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts;
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3. AI Content and Limitations

Fluento uses artificial intelligence to generate language learning content and responses. While we aim for helpful and accurate interactions, the AI may sometimes produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected responses.
