Snip — Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Arda Arslan ("we", "us") for the use of Snip. They are written from what the app actually does rather than from a template, in the same spirit as the Privacy Policy.

By using Snip you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Who we are

Snip is built and operated by Arda Arslan, İstanbul, Türkiye. Support, questions and complaints: [email protected]. We answer support mail ourselves; there is no other channel to reach us.

2. What Snip is

Snip records a podcast from your phone — alone or with a guest who joins your room from their own phone — mixes it, and can publish it as a podcast feed that Apple Podcasts, Spotify and other directories can read. AI features can produce a transcript, subtitles, clips, artwork, social copy and dubbed versions from your recording.

Recording, editing and publishing are free. The AI features cost credits.

3. Your account and your age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snip, and old enough under the law where you live to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of majority, use Snip only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Credits, subscriptions and payment

Everything is sold through Apple. Your payment details never reach us; Apple is the seller of record for every purchase made in the app.

Credits are a prepaid balance spent on AI features. They:
